Since losing nearly 55 pounds in less than a year, I have been struggling with self image. As my body shrinks, my self esteem grows. Although this is a great thing, it is something I am not used to. Strangely enough, even though I know I look much better now, I still find it hard to see positive physical changes in the mirror. This layout is to help remind me that no matter what, I am indeed beautiful.
I had a lot of messy fun with this page, dripping Art Anthology Colorations spray down the background paper, and stamping with Art Anthology Sorbet paints! To stamp with the Sorbet, use a sponge “brush” to apply the paint directly to the stamp (red rubber with a deep impression works best) and then stamp away.
